Van Lam
Van Lam is the Web Product Developer at the Treatment Research Institute where he provides technical leadership to an interdisciplinary project team of researchers, administrators and communications specialists and serves as technical liaison to state and local government purchasers for adaptive, support and training functions. In addition to the Risk and Needs Triage™, Mr. Lam was senior developer for the White House funded Drug Evaluation Network System (DENS), an ASI-based patient assessment tool linking client assessment to treatment planning. Pending projects include an electronic decision support system enabling continuous recovery monitoring at the provider level, and a web-based performance monitoring tool to evaluate drug courts and DWI court programs. Mr. Lam joined TRI in 1996 following other positions in the Philadelphia area at Merck Pharmaceuticals and Corning-Besselaar. He is a 2002 graduate of Drexel University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
