RANT is priced based on hosting preferences, IT capabilities, and need for technical and analytical support. These package options are only samples and can be customized to meet your needs. Basic Package – Hosted at Your Site. The price for this locally-hosted and supported option on a program, county or state’s own server is $10,000 for one court or program with up to five evaluators.

This price includes:

• customized installation package
• manual configuration
• web conference training for IT personnel and evaluators
• limited menu of descriptive reports
• licensing fee
• up to 10 hours of post-training customer support.

Additional fees apply for more than one court and/or additional evaluators.

An optional maintenance agreement after the first year for one court or program with up to five evaluators is:

• $5,000 for one year
• $9,000 for two years
• $12,000 for a three year renewal

The RANT maintenance agreement includes access to system updates, customer support and booster training for IT personnel and evaluators. IT Specs for Basic Package

Premium Package – Hosted by TRI. This option is hosted by TRI offering the same training and basic customization features as above, but also with:

• ongoing technical support
• database management
• real-time generation of both individual, comparison and summary reports
• automatic updates
• TRI maintenance of your RANT website
• access to an on-line help desk

The year-one price for the Premium Package is $20,000 for one court or program with up to five evaluators. In year two and beyond TRI can migrate the system to a local website or continue to host at a reduced price. IT Specs for Premium Package
