web conference training for IT personnel and interviewers
limited menu of descriptive reports
licensing fee
up to 10 hours of post-training customer support.

Additional fees apply for more than one court and/or additional interviewers.

An optional maintenance agreement after the first year for one court or program with up to five evaluators is:

$5,000 for one year
$9,000 for two years
$12,000 for a three year renewal
